Host - Anthony Bay
Anthony Bay is a lifelong tech entrepreneur and former big tech executive (Apple, Microsoft, Amazon) who is redefining success on his own terms—and helping others do the same. He believes that “success” comes from building the life you want, not from a single title or achievement.
As the host of Zero to Prove, he leads candid conversations with high-achieving individuals who’ve stopped pursuing traditional measures of success and have started intentionally designing their own lives.

The show zooms in on the moment they decided to step away from others’ expectations and to design lives built around autonomy, purpose, and personal priorities. It puts a spotlight on the shift from proving something to others to proving something to themselves. The show also highlights the importance of relationships in a zero-to-prove life–the sponsors, mentors, allies, and fellow travelers that give you the energy, perspective, and ability to live a life that is true to yourself.
These “Zero to Prove moments” are important to Anthony because he lived through his own. After decades of senior executive roles as a "mercenary" for others, Anthony found himself at a fork: He could take another executive job, or he could branch out into something more uncertain and autonomous. He chose the latter and hasn’t looked back since.
Anthony’s life is defined not only by what he’s built in tech and media, but more importantly by his family. Married for over 40 years to a remarkable woman, with 3 amazing adult children, daughters in law, and four little powerful granddaughters. After years of prioritizing his career and “providing for his family”, he recognized that his family was the north star in his life and reoriented to prioritize family while continuing to engage and challenge himself professionally. His choices reflect a holistic definition of achievement. For him, real success lives at the intersection of family, meaningful work, personal freedom, and lived values.
Zero to Prove isn’t a podcast about retirement or “escape”. It’s for people who’ve done “enough” in a traditional life model and are now asking, “How do I want to live?”
