About the Show

Zero to Prove is a show about successful people, 50+ and beyond, who have redefined professional success on their own terms. It explores the professional journeys of individuals who have shifted from working to meet others' expectations and instead chosen career paths rooted in autonomy, flexibility, and purpose. It's not about retirement, philanthropy, or being a digital nomad —it’s about taking control of your time, energy, and work in a way that aligns with your objectives and values.

Many accomplished professionals—especially those in their 50s, and beyond—reach a point where traditional definitions of professional success no longer serve them. They've climbed the ladder, had success, earned recognition, and achieved some degree of financial stability. But now they feel traditional roles or routines no longer work for them. Yet despite these feelings, there’s a lack of models for what comes next. “Retirement” isn’t the answer. Nor is grinding endlessly in the same structure. People want more—but aren’t sure what’s possible.

Why ZERO TO PROVE?

The Current Challenge:

Many accomplished professionals-especially those in their 50s, and beyond-reach a point where traditional definitions of professional success no longer serve them. People want more-but aren’t sure what’s possible.

We live in a world still dominated by success narratives like: constant growth, bigger roles, more pressure. There aren’t enough conversations about redefining careers from a place of autonomy, flexibility, and purpose -especially for people not trying to fully step away from work, but rather reshape it to fit their lives now.

Many professionals in this phase of career are navigating transitions without a clear roadmap. They're expected to either keep pushing until retirement or disappear from relevance. Meanwhile, most narratives focus on younger disruptors or retirement-as-escape.

Zero to Prove is building that roadmap-one honest, real-life story at a time. The show introduces listeners to people who’ve chosen a different path-not out of crisis, but out of clarity. Each guest has made a conscious decision to redefine how they work and live: whether that means going fractional, starting something new, downshifting for freedom, or staying in full-time roles on their own terms.

The solution isn’t one-size-fits-all, it’s about modeling the mindset shift. This podcast offers insight, inspiration, and community for those ready to explore what’s next, on their terms.
